Return and Refund Policy

At Rebecca Fashion, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging attached.

Items that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, stains, alterations, washing, or damage may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Items marked as final sale
- Discounted or promotional items, unless stated otherwise
- Customized or altered items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
